Submitting an application

To submit an application, you must contact the sales consultant or fill out the application form on the main page and send it, after which the sales consultant will contact you.To confirm the order, the customer must provide the sales consultant with the company details (if the buyer is a legal entity) or provide the buyer's passport details (if the customer is an individual), after which the sales consultant will contact the customer and send a sales contract or supply contract.

Payment methods:
Cash or bank transfer in advance.The amount of the advance payment is set in the contract according to the volume of the order.

Delivery methods

1. Delivery by our own fleet of vehicles of NORTEC COMPANY LLC is carried out only on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

When placing an order and making an advance payment by the Customer in accordance with the agreement, the manager forms a corresponding reserve in the warehouse and notifies the Customer of the date of loading the goods into the vehicle and the date of delivery to the place specified by the Customer. Services of loading goods onto the freight transport of JV LLC "NORTEC COMPANY" from the warehouse are not additionally paid, as is unloading on site by a certain Customer.

2. Delivery outside the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out by vehicles of logistics and freight forwarding organizations, which are paid by the Customer.

Services of loading goods onto freight transport of logistics and freight forwarding organizations on the territory of JV LLC "NORTEC COMPANY" are free of charge. And outside the territory of JV LLC "NORTEC COMPANY" are paid by the Customer.

3. The cost of wooden pallets is not included in the cost of goods and is subject to return. In case of delivery outside the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region, the cost of wooden pallets is included in the cost of the goods.

If the Customer wishes to load the goods in a stack on the transport of NORTEC COMPANY LLC and deliver them to a place specified by the Customer, the unloading of the goods is carried out by the Customer.

4. In case of delivery of the goods from the warehouse of NORTEC COMPANY LLC to the Customer's door by courier mail or special delivery services, the cost of delivery is paid by the Customer according to the rates of courier mail or special delivery.

Delivery terms

1. The Customer agrees on the delivery term and volume of delivery of each batch of goods with the sales manager.

2. The manufacturing terms of each batch of goods are determined by the sales manager.

Unloading and carrying in

In case of a situation when the Customer needs to unload the goods from the courier mail or special delivery transport and bring them to a place specified by the Customer. Our company can provide services for unloading and carrying in goods and building materials. The terms and cost of such services are discussed with the manager when placing (confirming) the order.

Warranty

JV LLC "NORTEC COMPANY" guarantees the quality of the goods, but in case of detection of hidden defects within 14 days from the date of purchase of materials, accept the return of the goods or their replacement, provided that:

• Provision of a receipt or invoice for the purchase.
• Preservation of the integrity of the packaging and presentation of the materials.
• Confirmation of proper storage and unloading of the goods.
• JV LLC "NORTEC COMPANY" does not pay transportation costs for the return and replacement of building materials.
